This self-contained high volume dry mix unit
produces the slurry (portland cement type I and water) on-site.
The slurry is combined with pre-formed foam during the mixing
process.
Its special design progressive cavity pump has
gentle pumping action "minimizing cellular breakdown" producing
high pumping pressures and output rates at low rpm.

The proportions of cement, water and foam are
calibrated to achieve required densities. The ratio of slurry to
foam determines the Pound-Force per Cubic Foot (PCF) of the
product.

The silo stores the cement
which is then augered into the weight batch hopper, then
transferred to a mixing chamber where water and foam are added.
After material is completely mixed, it is transferred to the pump
hopper and pumped through a 2” grout hose while the next batch is
being produced. This allows for continuous production.
This unit has successfully completed many high
profile projects.
