Our Safety Policy
At LCS, the safety of our employees is our utmost concern. We employ full-time safety officers whose duty it is to ensure that all job sites are held in full compliance with every safety regulation as well as to ensure that all employees are properly trained. These safety officers routinely monitor our jobs and enforce job safety through inspections and check list reviews. Internal reward and reprimand procedures provide additional motivation to keep safety first. LCS worker's compensation insurance modifier rate is one of the lowest anywhere. A true testament to our dedication to safety. Every safety device available and application technique known is used to provide our workers with the safest environment possible.
